4. Returns and Exchanges

You can only return or exchange Oregon Mudders products that have been purchased directly through this Website. Oregon Mudders products purchased at a retail store or from other websites must be returned to the original store or site from which they were purchased.

If for any reason you are not happy with your Oregon Mudders products, please contact us so that we can assist you in the exchange or refund of your order. Oregon Mudders reserves the right to reject the return of products that are not returned in accordance with our returns policy.

A. Returns (non-defective merchandise) You may exchange or return new, unworn or unused products within thirty (30) days from the date on which the merchandise were shipped to you. Where you wish to exchange a product, please note that you may be required to pay the difference where the replacement product is more expensive that the original item purchased. Partial refunds may also be issued if the new product is less expensive than the original.

B. Shipping Costs

i) If you are returning merchandise for exchange or return , you are responsible for the cost of returning them to us.

ii.) We will not refund the original shipping charge in the case of exchanges or returns .

iii.) You are responsible for shipping costs of the new product being shipped in the case of returns or exchanges (excepting defective products).

iv.) In the case of returns, you will only be refunded the value of the merchandise ordered.

v.) In the event the cause for return or exchange is an error by Oregon Mudders through mis-shipment, or defect in product, the shipping of the replacement product will be at no charge to you.

C. Conditions for All Returns and Exchanges All merchandise must be returned to us unused, together with all original packaging (please be responsible with the care and packaging of returned merchandise; any refund may be withheld or a charge incurred if you fail to keep the returned product in original condition). Please make sure that your return package is packed and sealed securely (in or with the original packaging if possible). Packages must be returned with the freight prepaid. We recommend that you acquire insurance from your carrier.

D. Discrepancies If there are any discrepancies with your order, you must notify us as soon as possible. If you have been shipped the incorrect merchandise then please accept our apologies. Follow the Returns Procedure and on receipt of your order, we will reimburse the cost of returning them to us. Any replacements will be sent to you at no extra cost. Any refunds of original shipping costs will be credited to your account.
